I always wanted to live in a town like that and run a hardware store with a soda fountain and fix random things in the back.

It means he’s never had to unplug the engine heater and drive 40 miles in -20 weather for a gallon of milk. Or, had to prep a winter storm kit for the truck — sleeping bag, chains, shovel, food, water and extra jacket.
