DO NOT believe this. Case in point....my Dad has many older Brothers, and he is the ypungest. He claims loud and proud that he is a flaming lesbian.... ;)

I've seen this before, it's interesting research. But first I've seen attached to antibodies.
Basically what was put forward before from a lot of anecdotal evidence was big families of yesteryear would always have 1 or 2 gay uncles and it had a super high chance of being the youngest.
Biologically and socially this could be explained for putting more resources into the first child/first son and sons further done the line being superfluous and really only there to preserve the better quality specimens and their descendents without taking resources for an inferior line.
But who knows.

I understand where you tried to go with this. I really do.... Unfortunately, homosexuality was widespread and accepted amongst the Greeks on campaign.
I mean, it's believed that Alexander had a love relationship with one if his generals Hephaestion. And the Spartans believed that gay sex amongst the men in the ranks made them a stronger fighting unit.
So maybe the ancient Greeks weren't exactly the best example for you to choose

You can believe in "born that way" or evolution but not both...
