Overall your thinking is correct. Any guy who looks at himself too much is weird. Having a good physique is cool but somehow you have to look like you don’t care too much…which is hard because to look good you have to try pretty hard…

Frankly a lot of the responses in here have motivated me to make a little more effort so in that sense the thread was beneficial but only to me

Honestly this was a pretty shitty thread to make

now, if you had made fun of guys that wear clothes that are too tight, stupid looking shoes with ankle socks, hair product and ironic eyeglasses you’d have had something

i think those are all low hanging in fruit. In my mind I thought I was being clever by making fun of something most people don't usually make fun of.

but if that's what you're into then do you

and also as I stated i was nursing a hangover and was still slightly tipsy from a long night.

then i had to commit to it and answer all the "wtf is wrong with you" replies, but I stood in there and took my licks

now im stone cold sober finally so my give a frick level is back to normal

There's nothing wrong with wanting to be healthy and take care of yourself.

On the other hand, posting all over social media, and being obsessed with showing your body for clicks is a problem.

Just workout, eat clean and healthy and do your shite. You don't need to blast it out to the world.

I don’t care about what other men do. I’ve got enough on my own plate.

Well, life itself used to demand more physicality.
Dedicating some time to working out or something, anything to move is good for body, mind, and soul

It's fine, just know what you're going to get in return, and do what you will with it.

I've been going to the same gym for seven years. I've spoken fewer than 35 words to maybe three people. Katy traffic and my warmup playlist solve that problem, I have straight up MF face, especially after I walk into the gym and the bumper plates are all over the gym for the short people to do arse related shite on a platform. Rage. Rage. Use it.

Probably the biggest pro tip, do not use your phone for anything except to change music while you're training. The notifications steal your focus and deflate your goals in the moment. Especially when school is out, and the college age broccoli heads invade, they sit around scrolling, and their motivation drains out of them, and they're just going through the motions. No sir. If you haven't told yourself to f*&@ yourself at least twice every half hour, you're not focused enough.

I don't think I'm gonna be going to the gym. I meant like not eating after 7pm getting more steps in and doing a few more push ups each day
