Finally got a chance to watch video 2. Why are people saying he was beat while in handcuffs?
The kick to the head and multiple punches are obviously way out of bounds, but you can see them holding his hands far apart as he gets off the ground. It appears he isn’t in cuffs until they go to the ground after being punched in the side of the head several times
ETA not in cuffs at 3 minute mark. He gets up after pushing off the ground with one arm, they hold his arms punching him then go on the ground for the final time. No beatings take place while cuffs are on

Systemic racism is not a difficult concept dipshit, nor is the idea that people amongst its victims can be amongst those carrying it out.
