I use the the extra money from levelized billing in the summer and invest it. I then use my profits to pay my electric bill in the winter. Basically I make money off levelized billing

Yes, but couldn't you do the exact same thing with standard billing and invest in the winter months the money you're saving from not running your AC?
The net total saved would be the same so the invested money should also be the same.

my power/water bill went from about 300 to 147 last month, and my gas bill went from 8.95 to 10.32.

Jokes on you my highest bills have been in the Winter and I live in South Louisiana.
Heating a home can be more expensive than cooling it.
