I've spent 2 million dollars in powerball tickets and have hit the 100 dollar prize 5 times...that's it...and nothing higher....

No, each drawing is a independent event, what numbers were drawn in previous drawings have no bearing on the odds of any particular set of numbers in the next drawing.

That's why it's a lottery and worth 1.6 Bill now. Should I go in to the liquor store on Tuesday and say "Yo, man...do you have like a beginner's lottery...where like...most people can win?"
That would be a great lottery...one with a participation trophy.

First time ever played a lottery was Ohio lottery back in @ '86.
Bought three $1 tix. The drawing that night, we were sitting at my ex-wive's Grandpa's place.He puts the lotto drawing on and sits back in anticipation (like it was some kind of religious experience)
Numbers are drawn, he lets out his customary "Not a damn thing" and grumbles about the weather or some chit.
I'm looking at one of my tix that had the first 4 numbers exact,.....was one number off the 5th and two numbers off the 6th. "Cool, I got four out of six right"-
He looks back at me like I stepped off of a spaceship...and grumbles some more about "Fricking beginner's luck "
Won like $130 bucks. Laughed like hell saying how easy this lotto chit is.
Haven't won more than $50 since , the few times a year I play.

I thought about using this, but chances are is that if you get the winning ticket because of their system.
1) they'll know by IP
2) they gonna want a cut
