They’re the epitome of the South Park San Francisco episode

I find it disturbing that 44% of people don’t agree with that statement.

I hope OWLFAN breaks his fingers and rips out his tongue.

Yeah because CNN is the only one that puts out shite news.. Fox is just as bad.
Maybe. You could pretty much insert any MSM source in place of CNN, I just singled them out because they have the biggest tool hosts.

you disingenuous sack of shite.
What about the 3 years, millions of tax payer dollars investigating, and daily, even hourly reports from the garbage media regarding “Russia Russia Russia”.
Remember? Trump was a Russian plant? Him and Putin were besties? Conveniently forgot about that ehh?

I don't trust any news media anymore whether its conservative or liberal. It is a dangerous world we live in because the media is something I also find as very important.

I’ve already asked to Owl’s 2nd in this duel. When Owl is done with him, I’m going to roll Chris’ remains out into traffic.

This goes the same for CNN, ESPN, ABC, NBC ,CBS, MSNBC etc. telling people over and over that the country is racist and cities being burned down all summer

Yea...it's that...and not 4 straight years of spewing unsubstantiated shite over and over and over. Then when a new candidate comes up and there is actual evidence of wrong doing and malfeasance....they just ignore it.

The only problem with that is you know Chris doesn’t have insurance to pay for any damage to vehicles he may cause.

To be fair, we have a lot of editorials, and not a lot of news.

The media has blurred the line between a columnist and a reporter so much that reporters are injecting their biased opinions. A large part of the problem, in my opinion, is the use and acceptance of social media as a source of blanket legitimacy. The left and right leaning websites are biased towards their side of the political spectrum. MSM through the years and presidencies should be moderately central in delivering the news. I feel that the MSM as a whole is fairly fair in presenting the news. Opinion pieces are just that, opinion pieces.

Trust in traditional media has declined to an all-time low, and many news professionals are determined to do something about it.
And what exactly do they propose be done about it?

You read Axios articles. You’re part of the problem.

As other comments stated, the newsrooms themselves have blurred these lines.
Another thing that bothers me that readers probably don't notice much is the use or non-use of quotes.
I'll read an article that will use a quote to set up a non-quote statement of fact that I think is inappropriate.

58% think that "most news organizations are more concerned with supporting an ideology or political position than with informing the public."
Only 56% and 58%?
Goes to show you how stupid the American public really is. Those numbers, you would think, would be in the 80% range.
People refuse to do any research for themselves. When you rely on the mainstream media to lie to you, you will continue to make poor decisions (especially at the voting booth).

What an idiot.
Fox News was calling states for Biden on election night before anybody else, and their ratings dipped after the election because their anchors were saying it was NOT stolen.

It's hard to believe trust in social media is so low. There are a lot of people who believe absolutely everything they see on the Facebook.
