sounds like the type of guy who recklessly chases down a fender bender and exits with a firearm
And Gasser? Surely you've read about his past road rage incident where he followed someone and then proceeded to spit on him and beat him up.

Hayes chased down Will Smith; wrecklessly rammed Will Smith's vehicle; exited with a gun in hand; will smith possibly went for a gun BECAUSE hayes had a fricking gun rimrod, that didn't give Hayes the authority to shoot will, Hayes was the aggressor ramming vehicle; exiting with gun. End of story.
this exact post of yours
maybe you can get that jersey signed by ray lewis and ray rice to complete the shithead trilogy

video showed a hard brake, i think hayes deliberately waited to brake and went with a hard slam while he was eye balling the vehicle behind him.
It's funny you're still running with this false story

Then why even post about it?

I really don't think race had anything to do with any of this. Gasser clearly knows people. That will always trump race it legal situations.
Posted on 12/5/16 at 4:06 pm to DirtyMike
The post that I made included that felony was dropped. It was a post to show that Hayes has a record just as Smith did
Are you okay? You seem a little slow.

And the man who raised Joe McKnight was a JPSO deputy.

In which the charges were dropped so chances are it never happened.

No Charges Filed = There was never any charge filed with the court... It is generally better to have "no charges filed" than your case dismissed. A case gets filed if the prosecutor has enough evidence against you that they think they can prove guilt. A dismissal after a filing can be for any number of reasons.
So whether the state decides to move forward with a case is largely up to prosecutorial discretion. Below are five reasons why a prosecutor may decide to drop the criminal charges against you: Lack of Evidence

The charges were dropped so it likely never happened. By your logic, Hayes likely never had drugs and a gun in his car in 2010. Since those charges were dropped.
