Nice copy and paste.
My point is. He was arrested and booked but then charges were dropped, not filed whatever. Nothing went on his record.

read above for difference between dismissed and dropped.
"Dismissed" means the charges went to trial but the Judge dismissed the charges (usually against the DA's will). So basically you were on trial and you won.
"Dropped" means that the DA voluntarily decided not to take the case to court. So in that case you were NOT on trial.

"Chances are it never happened" is a bit strong. Charges being dropped just means the state couldn't prove something happened.

The charges were dropped so it likely never happened. By your logic, Hayes likely never had drugs and a gun in his car in 2010. Since those charges were dropped.
It was Tylenol 3 and it was his aunts medicine. So you're right. He didn't have any drugs in the car.

so the shell station on wall blvd didn't have cameras back then? odds are they would have caught him punching a man repeatedly while at the pumps.

Well it wasn't a hard brake. That's proven by video evidence.
The other part of him looking for a payday will never be proven or disproven, ever.

I'm not sure - the JPSO says they're looking into the reason for the dismissal.

What if it comes out that Gasser's company is a vendor and has a contract with JPSO??
Talk about a twist.

anything they would find would be completely inadmissible in this case due to double jeopardy, i would think. Obligatory: im not a lawyer ot pretend to be.
It seems pretty clear at this point that Gasser won't be facing any criminal charges, but that information is certainly relevant in the court of public opinion.

Its JP, wouldn't surprise me one bit.
whats his company do anyway?

so you are saying "they", JPSO, "whomever" are trying to tarnish Gasser's image even more than the media has already done, preaching another NFL "star" being "murdered" on the streets on NOLA?

He pled to a 95(E) in 2012. Fuller later went in, withdrew the plea, and he pled to a misdemeanor illegal carrying of a weapon and a possession of drug paraphernalia.
