I didn't make the claim that nobody was arrested, the poster you responded to did.

most likely?
the dude was put on leave, had to resign, and the police chief called his actions indefensible.
I never said otherwise.
Im not defending the cop, I think he was out of line.
But these kids were not innocent victims walking home from bible study like you bleeding heart liberals want to believe.

Regardless, did not need the hot head cop acting like he did, especially these days. No need for the gun to be pulled out. And there was no need for him to act like he did with the girl.

Probable two liberals in this whole thread.

That sidewalk is accessible to the public.

that pool isn't. you can't just jump from private to public property and expect to be fine.

The cop was asking her to leave and thus it is easy to conclude that he wasn't looking to bust her for being at the pool. He busted her for disrespecting him and refusing to leave the neighborhood. The "bust" was not on a solid foundation and I seriously doubt any charges against the girl sticks unless they got footage of her doing some crazy shite at the pool party.

No, this country is in its current state because of self entitlement beliefs and no respect for the law and those enforcing them.

Exactly
Cops were dispersing an unruly mob, doing their job

Every other cop there had the situation under control. This one cop decided he was bullied too much as a kid and was going to show the world how big and bad he really isn't. The shame of it is that the most we cop from his brothers in blue is a tap on the shoulder when he pulled his gun to calm him down. Hopefully they stepped up after it was said and done and talked about how out of line he got.

No
He pulled his gun when those two men creeped up behind him on his weapon side
They ran off and he put his gun away
He also had two teenage males moving aggressively towards him directly in front of him
Anybody else think that those males would have taken a swing at him if they could have? Sure looked like it

Oh yeah, when he was throwing the girl around like a rag doll. fricking pussy. And they hardly crept. And no, he put his gun away when his brothers in blue tapped him on the shoulder to remind him that there was nothing going on to warrant pulling his fricking gun.
If he didn't have a badge and gun...yeah I would hope they would have taken a swing at him. He was throwing some little girl around by the hair like the bitch he is. No way around that man. So yeah, their natural reaction was to say hey, this is wrong and you can't do that, then they backed off well before he ever pulled a gun.

As an isolated incident I don't see a problem based on what you mentioned.
However the cops horrible actions put him in that type of situation in the first place.
Thankfully no one was really hurt. Hopefully those idiot teenagers learn a lesson or two.

I think casebolt's behavior has to be broken down into segments
Barrel roll - dumb
Roid Raging at teenagers - inappropriate
Slamming down a 15yr old girl for mouthing off - unacceptable and worthy of losing his job
Drawing his weapon in the face of four males closing down on him in a threatening way - understandable to a degree but in hindsight a blatant overreaction
I have no problem with the guy losing his job over all of this, especially the violent actions on the girl
the problem with all of this is residents or HOA employees should have called the cops and busted up the party before the crowd showed up. That is a breakdown in HOA management. Especially when the inappropriate music was being played. I live in a development like this one and rest assured this would never happen here. We have too many HOA employees and busy bodies around here to have an escalation of this magnitude.

They likely don't have hoa management on site. At least if it is like the places I have lived. Hoa management is outsourced to a management company. There was a security guard. The jorts guy.
I'm curious as to how quickly this thing grew. If it was just a matter of 15 minutes I could see how it got out of hand. But if the loud music had been going on for more than 30 minutes I'd be surprised. The party was also on Twitter in the days leading up to it. Kind of surprised it wasn't found out prior. Did it also happen during he day when more folks were likely at work? That would probably impact the situation as well.
The neighborhood also has a large closed facebook group. I'd love to view all the posts there. My neighborhood has one and it blows up all the time. There was a thread that had 100 posts in about two hours after they had to shut down the pool after a kid shite in it.
