this made the cops actions racist?

What made the cop's action appear racist is exactly what one of the white teenagers said. That's my question. I didn't see any white kids being detained or asked to leave or get on the ground. Were the only kids mouthing off black kids? That doesn't seem strange to you that the cop managed to only catch black mouthing off?

He made it clear that he felt he was spared because of his race, saying, "Everyone who was getting put on the ground was black, Mexican, Arabic. [The cop] didn't even look at me. It was kind of like I was invisible."

"You can see in part of the video where he tells us to sit down, and he kinda like skips over me and tells all my African-American friends to go sit down," he said

seriously, that's your answer?

He is right in the middle of everything, the cop even glances at him and goes on.

I saw a couple of white kids down on the ground at the start of it, but they were gone after awhile. I don't think the cops were racist. I just think this one cop was a hot head. I don't even care what the white adults said to the black kids or what the black kids said to the adults. You can never get what actually happened in stuff like this. But one thing I know is that that one cop came in with to much.

It's been stated he's the only white kid left there, so is it safe to assume the rest of the obeyed the crazy cops orders and left the neighborhood?

Or do you honestly believe the guy just went and rounded up only the black kids while ignoring all of the others?

That's what he is saying. The kid videoing is not running or saying anything to the officer. If he was mouthing off I guarantee his arse would be taken down as well.

exactly he let a 14 year old get the best of his emotions he should, as a cop, know how to handle that better

I don't know where you come from but not complying with the police is illegal and her arse deserved what she got. She had 3 chances to fix her attitude but instead she acted like an idiot after breaking the law.

Were there even many white kids acting a fool at the pool? I honestly don't know. But if a call came in that black kids were causing the problems then of course the cops wouldn't give a frick about crackers.

He also assisted the officer in returning the flashlight.

OK so what looks to be 3-4 cops run into a chaotic situation with many many more people involved, have reports of fighting etc. and solve the situation with one arrest and no injuries? Where is the problem? Some girl had to lay on the ground for 3 minutes before she was released to her family?

I think the fact that he pulled his gun has got most people up in arms. The protesters are protesting because they are professional protesters. It's what they do.

But Psycho Cop needed to have one of his brethren smack him back to his senses and realize the are all kids in bathing suits who just need to be dispersed.

He did that when two men were charging him and giving the impression they were about to attack him from behind.

Why isn't she arrested then? She broke no law other than his tantrum.

Yeah. I really don't see that as a problem. At all. Only people that do likely just don't get it.

However tossing the chick wasn't warranted and could have been handled better. I really don't know if she was leaving and just mouthing off or if she legit wasn't following orders. It looked like she was leaving and said something dumb and that's what got her popped. If that's the case then the cop deserves desk duty and some retraining. It is a pretty difficult situation when you do have folks that won't comply to a simple and reasonable order. What force is reasonable in that situation?

May have already been posted or discussed... sorry

So apparently, this is being blown to ridiculous heights because every news and media outlet wanted the viewers and ratings like the other cop vs. blacks stories.

However, according to the residents of the neighborhood. This was an unauthorized pool party promoted two women (mother and daughter) that got way out of control. The promoters advertised and charged for this pool party that they did not even reserve to pool for.

So essentially, they started a pool party (with DJ) at a neighborhood and a bunch of people showed up, they started climbing fences to get to the pool, the residents of the neighborhood called the cops, and this little cop showed up. The teens saw the little guy, were not intimidated, and began to taunt the little fella. He got pissed and things went bat-sh!t crazy...

The whole story?

I've watched the video and it looks like her momentum as she tried maneuver around d the cop carried her to the ground. Now after that he should have just let her shake off her hurt feelings instead of trying to subdue her and cuff her right away.

I believe it. Especially after seeing the video of the black female in a physical altercation with a white female.

No it was another girl trying to run a party planning business on facebook. She used the pool, without permission, and promoted the party to over 100 individuals. (Apparently she is a pretty solid promoter) Girl being dealt with just refused to leave and continued mouthing off, even though she was told to leave 3 separate times. She was trespassing, warned/allowed to leave without any consequences, and still remained. Then came the hammer.
