No offense, but are you delusional -- or just being sarcastic ??
1/2 cent sales tax (for 30 years) was just voted in a few months ago.

It's been obvious all along. They are just starting to panic and finally admit their true intentions.

I looked for Mayor Broome on the local news last night, and I looked for an article in the morning paper about what she said; but there was nothing.

It seems like she may have talked out of school here, and they are trying to hush it up.

Better Together hooey.

I think your sarcasm detector is off. Either that or you need to turn it up a notch.

Have any of the people opposing SG and playing race card ever pushed a true plan to annex SG residential areas into city of BR? I know they like business areas that don’t increase voters within the city.

I don’t get how anyone in city of BR can complain about neighborhoods not in the city wanting to form their own city. I would better understand argument if sections of actual city were trying to split off into its own city. Besides that not being the case with SG these BR leaders and community activists don’t seem to want the areas within SG to become part of the city even as they complain about SG money leaving. It’s not a section breaking away from BR, and it’s not a situation where they can argue the vote is between joining BR with them or forming SG without them.

It's all about the Benjamins. The opponents have been intellectually dishonest from the jump.
