All this because of a ladder

Imagine being an adult and complaining about a kid having better access to the floats/throws.

Damn, I didn't get any boxing gloves.

I'll know what I have at like 3:30 Sunday.

Or an adult getting on a ladder to have better access than kids.

Those people are douches.

Kids on ladders are 100% encouraged imo.

I don't really have a problem with the kids up there.

Strictly limited to the adult only ones.

I don't think pride or lnch disagree with you here.

They need to enforce the no canopy policy too. There were assholes up and down St. Charles with canopies. Never seen so many on the first weekend before.

Every adult I have seen get on one by themselves has been an annoying individual.

Maybe I have only noticed the annoying ones.

Mitch did the same thing the past few years. They would roll out with the garbage truck and throw them away.

I have no problem with ladders 6-8 feet back that show up a few hours before a parade, provided there are kids in them.

Ladders used simply to hog up space before a parade, as well as ladders that have adults on them yet no kids, are the scum of the earth.

This.

IF you have really young children in the ladders and they're set back from the route, that is awesome.

If you're an adult using the ladder and/or you have it on the road blocking people, you can get fricked.

For safety reasons, every kid in a ladder box needs to have an adult standing on the ladder. This is not a problem.

The problem are the adults that stand on ladders without kids... especially the ones that just bring out their 7 foot metal residential ladder and just stand on it.

This is absurd.

Why do adults even care about catching shite? I want like 2 beads around my neck and then I'm done. Maybe I'll lunge for a cool throw like a football or something, but then I'll just give it away.

I'm good with 3. A purple, a green, and a gold, and all the small bead size like the 10s.
