It's incredibly rare to see 1 Oarfish. Seeing 2 on the surface, especially during daylight, in water that far north (judged by the person's attire) is beyond stupefying. Unless that was a giant aquarium, the people who recorded the video are arguably the luckiest people on Earth from an odds standpoint.
