I have a Ridgeline and they drive much better than traditional trucks and are significantly cheaper. If you need to do a road trip the Ridgeline is great. If you own a farm then go with the Maverick.

Wait until the Toyota Scout comes out.

I think the tremor has less towing capacity than the standard maverick.

I don’t think there’s been anything official on that. Plus I’m looking to buy used sometime in the next year.

Yes, significantly lower, but still good enough for me.

Alright boys, after considering most opinions here to go with the Honda, and watching just about every video of Ridglines being taken off road which makes me comfortable enough with its lower clearance, I’m going with the Ridgline.

Ridgeline. 100%
Why?
A buddy told his dad he couldn't borrow his 3/4 ton to pull his trailer and tractor because every time he's done it, he's broken the $4000 tailgate. Usually... By folding it in half
He got all pissed off and hung up.
He showed up to the property an hour later towing the better part of 10k lbs behind his Ridgeline.
Why I don't condone that level of stupidity, I do support the mechanical robustness which made it possible.

Thank you for the follow up!!! Can’t stand it when people leave the OT hanging on the outcome.

I have one (2019) with 146K miles on it and have had no repair bills. Just routine maintenance and wear and tear items like tires to replace.
I've driven it around muddy construction sites, on beaches, in snow. I don't need it for any heavy duty work applications or towing so it suits my needs just fine. The only mod I made to it was putting a bed cover on it so I can transport smaller items without being concerned with the weather. I'll probably keep it another few years and try to push at least 200K miles out of it. I'll evaluate my vehicle needs at that time.

Well, unfortunately we’ll be waiting at least a couple more years. Don’t know why Toyota is taking their sweet time, maybe they don’t want to cannibalize Taco sales like the Maverick did to Ranger.
