If Carly’s wire is 11 feet in length, then 5.5 feet (half) equals 2/3 of Jack’s wire.
That means each third is 2.75 feet in length making Jack’s wire 8.25 feet in length.
Carly’s 11 foot wire is 2.75 feet longer than Jack’s.
That means each third is 2.75 feet in length making Jack’s wire 8.25 feet in length.
Carly’s 11 foot wire is 2.75 feet longer than Jack’s.

Impossible to solve bc it doesn’t specify who’s wire is 11 feet or if it is the combination of the two that is 11 feet.
