"A manhunt is underway in Tennessee as police search for 53-year-old Kirby Wallace, who killed a man in the process of stealing his truck, Monday morning. Wallace is also suspected of killing a woman in that area last week and seriously injuring her husband."

I am pretty sure you got that wrong. I think the manhunt is for the guy, Wallace, that killed a guy to steal the truck after killing another and injuring one more.
