I'm sure. But she would want to buy it, flip it, and live in it. Problem is, we want to leave the kids in Vestavia schools until they graduate. By then, if there are any flips left, they will be asking for a post-flip price for a pre-flip house.

No but I know exactly where it is. The last one I went to was back in the mid 90's. Remember where Ci's Ci's Pizza is (or was) in Center Point? It was right in front of it.

Not really. People still flip, but not for the same prices as 07. Still one of the must live places in. Bham, so the houses sell quickly.

Just curious, what age are your kids? I've got a Daughter at West in K5. We're somewhat flipping our house, but not looking to sell it. Just finished a big master bath upgrade. House is almost 50 years old and only had two bathrooms, both in the hallways. Converted our old den into a BR. And converted one of the baths to a main level laundry and half bath, to get the laundry out of the basement/garage. When we tried to sell a few years ago the two complaints we kept getting were no master and basement laundry. So we may sell later on, staying in Vestavia, but in the meantime we get to enjoy all the hard work we put in.
