That's just not true OweO. They have background checks at gun shows. The "gun show loophole" means that we arrange a private sale at a gun show. Simple as that. Everyone else runs a background check
I am asking because I don't know, but let's say you own a gun. We meet at a gun show and I say "hey jdeval, I will give you $400 in cash for that gun" if you agree.. I give you the cash, you give me the gun... And I go off and kill someone with it, law enforcement finds the murder weapon.. If would be tie back to you right? Would you be responsible for that person's death?

Don't be so dense. The "gun show loophole" is always portrayed as being able to go to a vendors booth and buy a gun without a background check. That's obviously not the case.
The "loophole" is no different than buying a gun from some dude off Craigslist in a Wal-Mart parking lot

You can buy a gun anywhere thru “backchannels” whatever that means. A gun show is not one of them though.
Nah, you can buy a gun though a private seller at some gun shows just like you can over Craigslist. There's absolutely no difference

Almost a simultaneous post. Same point

There is absolutely nothing different between an AR15 and most deer rifles other than magazine capacity. Actually, most deer hunting rifles are far more powerful. It's illegal to hunt with 5.56 in many states due to lack of lethality. So are you arguing that we should limit magazine capacity? Otherwise it doesn't make any sense.
Why should he have to buy a deer rifle? He intent wasn't to go kill deer it was to kill as many humans as possible as quick and easy as he could. He bought the gun legally per his right in order to carry this out. The AR-15 was designed, made, sold, and bought to do exactly what it did.

maybe it's a good thing, but the Google Maps street view of the church have been blocked from about a half block away
Can't see how that's possibly a good thing

If I were a felon for example, you telling me there is absolutely no way for me to go to a gunshow and buy a gun through backchannels?
Yeah that's what is non-retarded people like to call "illegal weapons transactions".. You know, shite criminals do..

Probably not if you have an alibi. You can also sell it to a guy in the classifieds and you aren't liable.

Has Hillary tweeted about gun control yet?

So 2 glock pistols with 15 round mags wouldn't have done the same thing? Same capacity

Answer my question.
Why are you so focused on banning something that accounts for less than 5% of gun deaths a year.
You would be much more productive focusing your energy towards handguns.
Or even blunt objects apparently

Wasn’t there an Always Sunny in Philedphia episode where they go to a gun show and attempt to buy again and are shocked they can’t just buy one? Legit how I see it happening to every non educated liberal on this subject.
Why do you idiots think that anyone who has an opinion about how to maybe prevent some of these shooting from happening are "liberal"? I am not a fricking liberal. I am a registered republican but consider myself a moderate independent. But if I say something and I am not accurate, I don't mind someone saying "you are wrong, its actually this or that", but don't just assume someone is a "liberal".
Personally, I think ultra-conservatives are just as nutty as a full blown liberal so...

You can call yourself whatever you want but you are not much of a Republican if you want to increase gun control

They are. I think people just hit a breaking point when they hear people actually involved in legislation talking about "ghost guns shooting 700 bullets a second, from a 30 round magazine, not making a single sound with its militarized suppressor h buffer picitinny rail system"
It's just not logical for people to push legislation on something they have no basic understanding of

I can be a Republican and question if there are ways, within the constitution, to make guns ownership, etc safer.
If being a Republican or Democrat means I HAVE to think a certain way then I will go change my party tomorrow to Independent.

Hillary is probably trying to keep a very very low profile.

do you actually register as republican or democrat in Louisiana? I don't remember doing so. But that was a long time ago.
in Tennessee you don't register as either. you just point to a red or blue circle at the register table.
