Try reading real slow.
Receipt says that he had room service on 27th. Same page on website discussing receipt says he didn't check in until the 28th.
One day after the room service.
Further down on the exact same page it says that he checked in on the 25th.
I know this is hard for you to comprehend. Read it at least three times. Go look at a calendar. Put on your foil hat because "They" are out to get you.

I just noticed that Pellegrino (assuming San Pellegrino) is spelled incorrectly on the receipt
