There are hundreds maybe thousands of people with access to his DMV photo and the fact it hasn't been leaked is astounding to me, you know TMZ and the like are offering up some cash for the first decent photo of this POS.

I'm sure you can request the Articles of Incorporation if you'd like.
There were companies opened from Paradise Ranch 1 through Paradise Ranch 25 on the same day. They're all investors in that land purchase deal I mentioned earlier.
Some of the documents on the assessor website make it seem like the land deal went belly up on a few parcels, but I can't follow it well.

If you lived an hour away though, I'd guess you would probably stay routinely at the same place or places right?

That property on Howard Hughes Pkwy is part of a large Wells Fargo complex just east of the Palazzo. Would be worth money.

You laugh, but if you go to the parcel record for his Mesquite, NV home here, and click on the "Recorded Document No.", it isn't available for viewing online.
However, neither is his neighbor's, so conspiracy averted.

I'm wondering what kind of electronic information they're getting from him. It's not hard to hide yourself from that either. Seems like he would've incorporated that into his plans, but maybe a 64 year old wouldn't know better

It appears that those in charge do not want his face out there. Other than covered in blood, eyes closed at awkward angle, or from 25 years ago.
My guess is that nobody knows Stephen Paddock, but there are a lot of people who would know his face by another name.
