Reynerson's will do it for $150. I've got a friend that just dropped off his m&p 15-22 for the same thing.
Once you submit your form with the required training documents they will approve/deny it and you'll receive an email to pay the fees
After having both, Dish wins hands down. Especially if you'd enjoy streaming live or recorded tv on your phone.

From somebody that has had both recently, I'd go with DISH and for me it's not close. Especially if you plan on using the built in sling box to watch on your phone/computer from anywhere! Walked away with $8500 at a $5 3 card poker table in BR about 10 years ago. Started with $100 and got hot for about 4 hours. Started with minimum bets and worked up to max bets ($100 x 3) when I hit a straight flush which I believe paid around $4800. Got up to about $10000 before gave 1500 back and left with 8500.

Curious as to why you're switching. I made the switch from directv to dish about a year ago and couldn't be happier. Much better service and features with dish
I bought about 70' and a 4' gate from Online Fence Supply for around $1100. That was for 48" fence though. They had the best prices around when I bought last year
Check out Hendry's. It's just east of Houston. I traded my used 65K mile tires and 18" rims for brand new 20" f150 takeoffs wrapped in Pirelli's with less than 100 miles on them for $850. I couldn't have even bought the tires alone for that price. give them a call and see what they've got

Unfortunate circumstances have me looking for someone to adopt my boxer. Would prefer someone with another one or someone that's had one before. He's almost 5, healthy, and very good around kids (I have a 1 and 3 year old).
