I've been to that theater several times and I'm pretty sure there's always an off duty cop pulling security there at night/evenings.

meh, most media give out the name of the shooter - no one said otherwise

they dont drive that name into the ground like some of you are claiming - they make concerted efforts to avoid making these guys famous.

I'm glad he was actually in the state for once. He did repeat himself at the tail end of his speech. It makes me want to puke seeing him on TV regarless of the situation.

So sad for the city of Lafayette. I really wish people would just off themselves if that is the desire, don't take others out with you.

I was on edge praying Jindal wouldn't make a political statement. That was as far from a stump speech as it could have been.

Are you serious with this? They say "the shooter" because they haven't confirmed his name yet. Once the shooter is confirmed they plaster it everywhere and can't say it enough. You couldn't turn on one of the big channels this week without hearing about James Holmes. And that was 3 years ago.
