It was 100% staged. Jaxson De Ville does stuff like this and crazy stunts all the time. It's all about entertainment and keeping the fans interested in something because well you know why.

Staged. I know for Rockets games they always have a 'fan' of the other team that Clutch harasses and let's the crowd cheer him on for fun. This 'fan' is employed by the Rockets.
