Footballs are the most fun to throw, so stock up on those, and make it rain to the folks in the back.

Footballs, big long beads and blinky beads. The rest is left in the gutter.
Drink beer, piss a lot, cut your mask so you don't breath alcohol fumes.
Tighten your safety belt as close to the eyelet as possible, helps keep your drunk azz from falling.
Hold your bead/blinky offering out until the crowd acknowledges your greatness. Only then should you target the prettiest maiden with the fullest chest as a recipient.

If you want to be top dog, buy a couple dozen snub nose .38s and mix those in with your bead and cup throws.
