I've seen how the trash and hoodrats act for plastic cups. How you think they're going to act with cash? That is the dumbest fricking idea I've ever heard. And they clean up the trash every night so what's the fricking problem?

I had an idea this year that for every big or late-in-the-evening parade, the last float should throw exclusively small snacks, juice boxes, and individual packs of ibuprofen
