I don’t know who Trotsky is...I went to public school...but he has a face that is just asking for a punching. His eyes are too close together or something.

He was #2 to Lenin and founded the Red Army. After Lenin’s death he was forced into exile by Stalin. Stalin then had him killed in Mexico City.

I thought this was pretty interesting so dug in a bit
-Freud and Franz - actually lived there long term
-Hitler left in 1913 - after being homeless, he had been trying to get into music school and got turned down
- Trotsky lived there a short time writing for a Russian communist type newspaper
- Stalin visited for short periods but didn't live there
Craziest thing I found was that both Trotsky and Staling escaped from Siberian prison camps multiple times before making it to Vienna

What café was that? Just curious. I have been to Vienna and have been to some of those old cafes.
