Manhunt in south BR?

Helicopter circling and large police presence at Sherwood Acre apartments, corner of Stumberg and Coursey. Passed on my way home, no clue what's going on.

I live nearby and have seen and heard the helicopter for the past 30-45 minutes. I haven't seen anything on the news so I'm curious on the outcome.
