I understand that but there's not even a lot of evidence it's slowed it down. It's anecdotal but in some countries (Romania) it's actually seemed to have gotten worse. Even among some of the ones who know what they're being sent to Germany or Austria or wherever for, they're fed false promises, then find they can't leave, often abused, realize the police and the brothel owners work together, etc. Yet technically it's all above board.

Wouldn’t this require some govt problem to make access to these hookers equal?

Maybe approve Louisiana Purchase Card to use for hookers, add it Medicaid, or get a Biden decree to add to obamacare.

Poor shouldn’t be stuck with fat and dirty legal hookers…
