Man who fell from I-10 identified

According to his FB he has a daughter who looks to be about two years old. Not much sympathy around here for him, but very sad situation for his kid.

I'd just like to thank Dillon for saving taxpayers money. Although it's tragic that he lost his life, I have no doubt that we would have heard more stories about Dillon in the future.
