Based on the following context, which is all we are given, do you feel confident that she clearly "complained" that the passenger next to her was watching porn and jerking off, or do you think that maybe, just maybe, she might have been less than clear when she spoke to the flight attendants:

“I didn’t know what to do,” the woman said. “I was frozen. Horrified…I’m essentially trapped in the window seat. I would have to climb over him because he’s got his seat fully reclined in order to get out.”

She notified a flight attendant, who initially didn’t ask her if she was OK or if she wanted to change seats, she claimed. Only after texting with friends did she finally make the request.

“I’m having a trauma response of fawning, which is I’m trying to make it as easy as possible for these two women to help me.

“And in order to do that, I am apologizing to them and trying to make them feel comfortable helping me,” the woman said of the fight attendants.

The flight crew agreed to move her and switched her with another passenger. But the woman said the man left the plane and wasn’t confronted by any police waiting at the gate.

She said she "notified a flight attendant" who didn't seem to do anything. She then spent an order or magnitude more time explaining how she interacted with the flight attendants than she did saying what she told them. I can't fathom why she would feel compelled to spill all of that ink discussing her being frozen, horrified, fawning, apologetic, etc, if she was clear with the flight attendants. What would be the purpose? Is that how you would be describing the situation in an interview if you clearly explained the situation to a flight attendant and were ignored?
