My buddy is in New Orleans for a conference, and he texted me to say he saw this happen. Missed the shot, but he saw the dude covered in blood holding his stomach in the car. I figured TD would have a thread.

I didn't question the actions, I simply want to know the context with which they were made. I want more information. Seems reasonable enough.
