Man said he chewed grass to stay grounded

A Monroe man is facing drug possession charges after officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of North Second in reference to a suspicious man in his underwear.
Upon arrival officers made contact with Ballard Rose, 23, Riverside Drive. He was reportedly pulling on electrical equipment on a pole and said he could smell gas coming from his apartment on Riverside Drive.
The suspect then told officers he was chewing grass to ground himself from being electrocuted.
According to the affidavit, officers went to Rose's apartment to check for a gas leak. They said Ballard continued to act very strange and appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic.
An officer asked Ballard for his ID, and the suspect looked through his wallet but was unable to locate the license.
A second officer then checked the wallet and found a small plastic bag containing a white crystal substance that appeared to be methamphetamine.

All those years Les was on meth and we never knew it. You just can't always tell what's going on with some folks.

He was on meth but he kicked the addiction on 1/9/12. He was the mad hatter before that game, and was mr. Vanilla after it. Saban probably paid for the rehab as a christmas present in 2011.
