We have abandoned the inner city and it will eventually expand out (as in Rio) and engulf us if we don't fix the problems we have caused.

Nope. You're just a spoiled rich American. It's cool. I am too. And I'm not even rich at all by American standards. But I have had running water my whole life, and I have never been in danger of starving. Life's good.

I admit I'm mildly spoiled but I don't think you understand the plight of the inner city.

We are rapidly becoming third world because the majority of people having lots of kids are poors and the majority of immigrants are third world.
