Im with you, but if you speak out on those instances there are always a few that will say it has always happened and that YOU moved there.
There is definitley a double standard being applied with this guy.

When the kids on our street were younger we used to get a permit and have a block party for Halloween every year. It was no big deal to get a few signatures from the neighbors and go to city hall and get a permit for $150.
They fricked up and should have done so...but the dude overreaction was a little over the top
