Having grown up on Academy it has gone down in recent years. It used to be mainly homeowners now it’s more rentals. Demographics absolutely have changed over the last 10 years. Riverside trash usually stays on their side of the canal.

back in my day it was Old Metry North....they dropped the North back in the 90's
