Wasn’t there a guy who jumped off the Basin bridge while running from police a while back?

I seem to remember he alerted them to his location after a few hours because he was getting eaten alive by mosquitos

If only the bridge was 10 feet higher....need to start throwing some off and save the taxpayers a chunk of change. But it's gotta be higher bridges. Hauling him back up to throw off a 2nd or 3rd time is inefficient.

That dude had ~4.534 Billion years of precedent to know how this would turn out on Earth.

There is an inmate in Orleans who has been in the hospital for nearly two years because when the police got him to the hospital to be checked after being tased, he jumped off the second level ramp at UMC while in cuffs and is paralyzed in three limbs.
