Man goes on 10 min racial rant in NYC, gets charged with hate crime, harrassing charges

The article doesnt mention it, but I am pretty sure menacing is a felony here.
Hate crime is a stretch here IMHO.

Come to think of it...
Remember those train attackers out West about a year ago? Ya know, the ones falsely attributed to being Trump supporters yet one documented as insane and the other pictured at ANTIFA or Hillary stuff? Been total silence nationally on the pursuit of their crimes through the justice system.
They went "Poof" once no ties to the Right existed.

Hate crime? Man, I really cannot stand the reasoning of northeast liberal pussies and their hate crime bullshite. There was a heated out of control argument and people said mean shite to one another. It’s what happens when you have arguments. But now it’s a hate crime?

Is there more to what he said than the YT video in the OP?
I didn't hear any threats(maybe i missed it as every other second was beeped out), and from that video, it seemed to show 2 people doing the same exact thing back and forth.
