I liked how after he got pepper sprayed once, he asked for it again and immediately tried to stop it with his hands.

You have got to be trolling. If you think that guy isn't a potential threat to everyone around him you're pretty dumb. That's not the same as you and your pals blazing up and listening to some Dave Matthews, This guy is out of his mind and physically capable of taking incredible punishment. This dude's suffering is entirely on him. If the cops don't bash him up he probably gets run over by a UPS truck in ten minutes.
