Man attends stranger's bachelor party after being invited by mistake

I looked all over this site and google and didn't see it posted here before.
Will Novak of PHX got an email invite to a bachelor party in Vermont by mistake. It was meant for a Will Novak of Brooklyn. Instead of deleting the email or letting them know of the mistake...he replied he would go if they would be ok with it. They were cool with it and he went. He's a new dad and couldn't afford the trip so set up a go fund me to raise $750...he ended up with almost 4k(he ended up giving the extra to the groom..also about to be a new dad).
Social media took hold of the story and because of that...the bachelor party got all kinds of offers for freebies. Free ski lessons, a free Maserati SUV rental for the trip. One owner of a brewery saw it and greeted Will Novak at the airport with a ton of beer for the bachelor party.

The article about how the bachelor party went is funny. Apparently Will doesn't drink...at all. Realized when he got there these guys party wayyyy more than he is used to. So he was their DD for the trip.

I couldn't find a picture but the guys planning the trip asked for Will to send a picture of himself....he sent them a picture of himself doing karate in the second grade. They ended up using that picture for tshirts they made for the bachelor party(it is mentioned in the Seth Meyers clip).

I always find these stories humorous. My favorite was the time Eazy-E was mistakenly invited to a Republican fundraiser and wound up attending.

No he made it...he is wearing a T-shirt in the group photo I posted that says “I’m the real Will Novak”. Apparently both Wills hit it off as friends and found out they have a lot in common. The “stranger” Will has said he will be staying in touch with these guys.
