How do I capture and post those organized Facebook screens hots of conversations. I had a fairly one-sided argument with a female over this case last night. I defended neither the accused or victim.
She argued with me because I disagreed with her view of "guilty until proven innocent".

Similar to how newspapers do not report the names of victims, can we no longer report the names of perpetrators till found guilty?

100% agree with this. Basically ruining a dudes life on a he said/she said. All charges could be dropped tomorrow but the first article to show up will always be this one when his name gets googled

Even if he is found not guilty the news websites usually don't take the article out of the archives. They say since it was true when it was written they can leave it up.

They had hooked up/dated before and some people made it sound like it continued after too.
This girl and her friends have joked about accusing guys of rape if they regretted having sex. This doesn't really prove much except that this girl may not understand the severity of a rape allegation.
The accused is pursuing a career with the Navy. So the marine that profiled him as a "serial rapist/frat douche" can politely GFY.
My cousin is this kids age and from BR so I will see if he knows anything.
Does anyone know what bar they went to?

You mean nothing?
A chick can make a rape accusation with ZERO evidence. Literally can not even have been alone in the same room as the accused.
You know what happens even after it's proven false? The accused still has to deal with the fallout and the accuser gets off Scot-free, essentially.
Laws are extremely messed up on these issues, and the Wicked Witch of the West Wing supports baseless accusations.
Except for those involving her husband of course.
