Male Interviewer asked her - would you be willing to help me with personal matters?

A friend told me that she went for a job interview for an executive office manager position.
The male interviewer asked her 3 questions which I have some concern:
Why would you want this job with a mba?
Do you understand the process of confidentiality?
And would you be willing to help me with personal matters?
The interview lasted 20 minutes.
3 hours later this male interviewer offered her the job?
No background check, no drug test? They know nothing about her.
The only thing that she had was a resume.
This sounds curious, skeptical and fishy.
What are your thoughts?

This male interviewer asked her these 3 questions. He did not ask about goals, ambitions. Hobbies, etc.
