In my defense there is a Baxter Arkansas (according to google maps) in the area I said that had rotation marked on radar scope

I've always thought that tornado watch and warning should be flipped.
Warning= chance of a tornado developing in your area
Watch= you can go outside and literally watch a tornado

I stock my catfish farm with fingerlings I purchase from Baxterland Company in Arkansas city. A cell was in Arkansas city at time of that post so that’s why I asked
