I was blessed with a 6 3 torso compacted with stumpy legs
When younger I had a 27" waist and a 27" inch inseam. Pants are not made that way so my trousers always looked like "Hulk" pants and need a tailor to put a "dutchman" in.
If he is getting strong, good luck getting stuff that fits very long (if at all)
