I started taking them couple months before the wedding to help my nails grow. Doc said to just go ahead and stay on them if I plan on getting pregnant in the next few years. So I've been taking them for 3 years now.

Yep, I've still been taking mine even after baby Bham 2. Doctors said it was a good idea to keep taking them while I'm nursing. I have coworkers that hate me right now because my hair is super thick, healthy and to my waist.

Nah it's really just amped up multivitamins
They are prenatal cause they have folic acid in them and increased amounts of other nutrients that you need more of during pregnancy
Next time you are at the store read the back of a bottle and you will see.

Not at all, really. Don't have any outside stuff that needs watering, I don't drink tap water anyway, and no pool.

I don't know why I have it stuck in my head that they will put weight on me if I take them.
I'll grab some nurse. Any recs on types? Maybe I can order some from Amazon.
