To you and Carl...all is well. Girls are rising 8th graders...and Carl you are right...My life IS charmed...not sure why all this good stuff happens to me...I shant question it for sure.

OK...off to pick them up at the barn. Hope most of you have great evenings. All of this talk of vitamins, hormones and such makes me think I need to do some Citrucel or something...Oh well, I am sure it will come to me.

Maybe just another beer or two will keep things moving along...

Look for the Vitafusion prenatal gummy ones

That's what I take. They taste good.

Eta: if you have an FSA account from your work...prenatal vitamins are covered. Regular vitamins are not....but those are.

Will check there. I would prefer liquid over anything else.
