Sourdough toast with avocado and everything seasoning with a drizzle of hot honey, steel cut oats with blueberries with a drizzle of maple syrup, and 3 slices of center cut bacon. Breakfast for lunch because I'm WFH and am currently working on meal prep for the rest of the week.

It is my breakfast most mornings, typically with an overeasy egg or two on top, but I had center cut bacon I was going to break out for my meal prep anyway, so 3 pieces made it's way in place of the eggs.
