That’s what worked for me, I eat lean protein and I cut my carbs as close to zero, though I’m very limited on what veggies I can eat.

I picked up a 15lb bag of cat food & 5 cans of Friskies last time I went. Tomorrow morning is canned cat food Friday. Nothing like opening a can of smelly cat food 1st thing in the morning. It's an olfactory celebration
