100% agree on second opinion and dont tell them what the first guy said.
That should just be a gfci circuit gone out. And I am certainly not an electrician but I occasionally stay at Holiday Inn.

Yes, I have a second guy coming at some point. I already told him what the first guy said, but this one is an acquaintance and already has done some work here so he won't lie to me for more money.
