Tougher than you think it’s going to be. Every one of the videos is that way.

If you stick with it, you’ll be in great shape after the first 90 days. Elite if you can keep up with Tony.

Then, the last 30 mins I spent prepping my dinner tonight and watching the video while doing that.

Been there, too

Report back after the abs video.

Is there a schedule you suggest? I was looking at the classic and lean. I started with the plyo bc I couldn't resist, that's why I was thinking arms and shoulders tmrw.

This was recommended by an instructor.

Day 1: Chest & Back + Ab Ripper X.
Day 2: Plyometrics.
Day 3: Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X.
Day 4: Yoga X.
Day 5: Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X.
Day 6: Kenpo X.
Day 7: Rest or X Stretch.

I’d recommend doing the ab workout on day 7 and maybe once more during middle of the week.

I guess I'ma rock with the classic then, frick it.

That yoga really scares me. At least the core syn isn't suggested until week 4. Sometimes, it's the little things.

Throughout the whole process or just the first go round through weeks 1-3?

I'm all for skipping that as often as I can, tbh.

I'm already talking myself out of a few of these and I haven't even watched them yet.

I won't. I'm determined after today. But I'm going to have to work myself into it, slowly.

Thank you and bullfrog for all the info and encouragement. Really appreciate it.

I turned 40 and the next thing I know, I've broke my foot in my backyard.
How exactly did you pull that off? Not a wtf question, but a battle scar comparison. I broke mine in my early 20's running from cops breaking up a bonfire. Heel and toes stayed on top of gopher hole, middle of foot touched bottom, cop heard the pop and said "Was that your leg? Shite, we were just coming to tell y'all to leave." Moral of the story, always where steel shank boots to bonfires.

Welcome.

That stretch routine is incredible. Don’t skip it. I’ll do that one on random days not even doing the program.

Are you bringing Aspy with you for water aerobics at the sand bar? Morning classes may be more conducive to avoiding heart attacks and heat strokes.

I was there. She stepped in a hole in the dark. It was very aspy of her.
